Our Project

Since 2011 when the Syrian Civil War began

over 5.6 million people fled Syria

Around 2 million refugees are in Jordan

over half of them are children

Because every drop flows into the ocean

we began a stream of love flowing towards Syria

through a little knitting project that became a river...

Love for Syria currently helps support 60 Syrian refugee women and their families

Since 2013, a total of over 37,500 spools of yarn have been used to produce over 40,400 items of knitwear

In 2019, our knitters received a monthly income of $150 USD from donations and knitwear sales, helping to lift them out of abject poverty

We continue to thank our partners for continuing to spread Love for Syria
